What a great find, Fran. Congrats and happy quilting. I have a Janome Jem Platinum that I use in Hawaii, and that's all I have room for. We have a small one-bedroom condo on Maui with no room for a larger machine or a room dedicated to quilting. Every time I quilt, I have to take everything out and then put it all away, because I quilt in our living room/dining room. The only consolation is that it's 80 degrees every day outside, and the temperature outside my dedicated sewing room in Minneapolis is closer to zero. That does take the sting out of it.

Good for you, Fran! That should make life much easier - and it is always more fun to quilt on a machine that you are familiar with.

Great buy! Many years ago, I bought a used Viking Rose and I'm still using it. Great machine!
