Could anyone confirm whether the damage to this basil bush is some type of leaf miner? It's pretty much ruined the entire bush, I've pruned 90% of the leaves off to try and recover.

Located in Brisbane, Australia. The Aussie gardenweb forums are pretty dead, so hopefully someone here can advise.
