Saw this and the last post. You have a great space but the designs you are considering have many problems. Try to research and find a good professional kitchen designer to help. As Sophie said in the other post there are many rules you try to follow when you create a design and allocating where you spend more and less has a huge impact on your overall project. That's really why designing a kitchen is too complicated to do well without experience or relying on advice from Houzzers. You have so much here that's problematic that I wouldn't know where to start. And bringing a few of the many issues to your attention would probably encourage you to fix those leaving many others and not to get the help you really need. After you get a more professional design you could vet it on Houzz to see if there were tweets you might want to consider. But without exact measurements and a more professional floor plan getting advice on line will be doing you no favors.
