We are building a new home in a beautiful wooded area. We have a propane fireplace we want to put in the great room. Our choices for location are on a wall or on the wall of windows facing the forest and sunset. This will look beautiful, but will I regret taking 6 ft out of the panoramic view? The expanse of the wall of windows is approx. 17 ft. The fireplace in the window expanse will be visible coming in the front door. Suggestions????
