Mason jar terrarium

I've been super into these mason jar terrariums

And, unfortunately, my selection of plants have been succulents so far. What other plants can I use that will

a)fit into the jar

b)be super low maintenance

c)require no difficult handling when trying to get it into the jar

Also, photos of your own mason jar terrariums would be helpful for me to see what other ideas people may be having. Yes, I am an idea stealer! :D
