How to hang a pendant light where there is none

I love this pendant light for a corner that needs light and color above sofa level. There is no fixture there now, nor anything on the ceiling from which to hang it.
1. How long is the cord on this light?
2. Does it include a plug?
3. How do I hang it? Can I do it myself or is an electrician required?

hi

i can make it with 15 cord and pug and hanger, that way you do not need electrician
