Question regarding measurement of classic scrool printable border

I am trying to match my existing border. It appears this is a match but my border is 7" while your listing states it as 5 1/2". Is their a discrepancy or is their another part number in existence that is in fact 7"? I am desperate please help,

hi,

we used to have a larger classic scroll which it was 7'' but it has been discontinued, now we just have the classic scroll in 5 1/2 available.

I ordered one , but I need a second one. To paste it,it calls for vinyl to vinyl paste. I can't find it anywhere. Do you carry it?
