Hello, I'm looking at purchasing a mobile home at the lake.

Is it fair to input all the data of the mobile at NADA values and that be a accurate value?

I know what the vacant lots near this mobile are going for and was thinking of taking the NADA value and the value of the lots close to it to determine value of mobile and land.

Also, I know nothing about mobile quality, but this is a 2007 Fleetwood Wyndham, I could tell the cabinets were cheap but this place has no leaks and seems solid. Any help on this manufacturer?
