Trim project paint color?

Hi, we just completed adding these trim boxes to our front hall room. I am wondering if we should keep the color scheme of white trim and grey boxes or if we should paint the whole wall (trim and boxes) one accent color......what do you think? If it's the accent color option, what color would you recommend?
