No. If you've got a general style to the home (e.g., modern), that's enough, and you can let each have its own personality. Here are three from a house I did last year:

We are going to go with the same floor, sinks, faucets, shower/tub hardware and cabinets, but accents, I think, we will change it up. Same color theme though...appreciate your input.

I have Calcutta in master Slabs on shower walls, 12x 20 inch tile on floor and curbless shower
I’m doing 3 bathrooms in their own color theme Using mosaic tile ( marble) in the first guest bathroom . Second guest bathroom is glass tile Third guest bathroom with tub and shower combination is Porcelain ( very large with no pattern ) beige linen on shower walls and geometric marble on floor
So first bathroom is a lilac and Calcutta marble color theme ( Jeffery Court)
Second bathroom is soft dark blue with cream and light brown color in the glass with a cream color marble floor
Third bathroom is tub/shower with the Porcelainosa linen walls and Jeffery Court geometric pattern floor ( marble)

Question: shall I do this different color in every bathroom House is 5,000 sq feet

My common factor is every guest room vanity is a floating vanity with Artic White countertop, squared 4” overhang and same wood stained a natural walnut Same sink and faucet in all Wood floors are the same in all four bathrooms

I think bathrooms in a home can look different. I renovated all my 3 bathrooms a few years ago. I have 2 bathrooms upstairs with sage vanities, and pivot mirrors. I have a downstairs bathroom / laundry room with a charcoal vanity and an oak framed mirror.
