These are subway tiles that are longer than usual. They are ceramic, probably 2x6. The photo is distorted on the right so it's hard to tell. It's impossible to tell from the photo who the manufacturer is.

High probability of hand-made though.

There is a lot of variation in these tiles, most likely handmade. Try Ann Sacks Earthenware for a similar look or Fireclay tile. Good luck!
