vent hood insert replacement

morning houzz!
I can't find a replacement for this odd shaped bad boy. i think the braun pm240 with t shaped mount will work but if there are other options I would like to know.
questions are
1. are there other vent inserts that I can choose from?
2. how hard is it to create the vent to the outside?
