It sounds as though those plants have a nutrient deficiency. Yellowing of the plant, known as Chlorosis, has many causes ranging from a too wet soil to broken plant roots, to actual nutrient deficiencies. Perhaps this article may be of some help.

If your temps are very high, that could also be the cause of bud drop on eggplant. Eggplants will mature at a higher temp, but the developing flowers need it slightly lower ie. less than ~90F. Are you sure you're watering it enough? It could also be you're giving them too much fertilizer. You mention feeding them with food....what are you actually giving them? P.S. I like the succulents you're growing in the background.

I feed it with fish emulsion, dynamic lifter, potash and epsom salt. I think you are right I care too much but I might kill it unintentionally.
