It was so big I was surprised that the trap held it, but it was a very old trap, made when traps were very strong and sensitive. I learned what happened to my glue trap that disappeared the other day. Glenn found it when he moved the tiller on Tuesday. It was upside down in the dirt and full of dirt so I threw it away. When I looked at that rat this morning I knew how the trap got moved. A third of its tail was missing, leaving a bloody stump.
