My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Second Sink on the island

I see you choose a prep sink on the island. Is it used frequently and worth the added expense?

    Hi Sonja

    It all depends on how you use your kitchen and how big the island is. Most people find it very useful. It is more of a preference feature. This particular customer requested it. It is worth the added cost.
