Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us! We'd be happy to assist you ;) Apt2B is primarily an online-only retailer with no physical storefront or permanent showroom; it's a big part of who we are and what we're about! By operating online, we're able to keep pricing as low as possible on our high quality products and are also able to offer a much broader product line as well!

We're always happy to answer any detailed questions about Apt2B products (we in customer care know our stuff) to give our customers a better idea of them and we also offer a great 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products at the time of delivery wherein we encourage them to look over their orders to ensure they are everything they were hoping for! This usually makes our customers feel a lot more comfortable placing their orders online

Please let us know if you have any thoughts or specific questions and we'd be happy to help in any way we can!
