Start with painting the door and baseboard trim white. The doors are too dark.

Round mirror instead of rectangular. Preferably with a thinner frame. Framed lake painting above toilet. Maybe a striped shower curtain. I'm not sure you can convert this to "lodge" look (it sounds like your house is more lodge than lake(, but some subtle nautical accents will help. Ultimately its got contemporary design though which is just not gonna change unless you switch out vanity to something more traditional or rustic.

Comes in earthy rust too, but posting blue seeing your towel. What about hand towel in blue, plaid, etc... paint or alter mirror frame to a lake blue or slate blue.

In other colors / strips of leather:

Paint a watery color and get a new blue/green shower curtain. Put new rugs on the floor with the blue/green colors, get some accessories that pull up those colors. Hang a picture with a dark frame, white mat and cute scene. One of my favorites is the children sitting on a dock with their feet dangling and looking out over the lake. I'll see if I can find one for you. Had one at my Aunt's lake house and when she passed that was the one thing I wanted from the Lake House! Still have it, and still love it!

Lake in Michigan. Long Lake was where my Aunt's cottage was. So much fun and memories there.

Yes, by the water is good for the young to play, and older too.... our OP - I was wondering if the room might be more "moody" like the moose curtain, or more the resort's happy vibe? I was feeling the former: the moose as 'star' and color and pattern as supporting players...
