Pottery Source Question

Hi Margie - I was wondering if you could tell me where I can source this beautiful pottery through, for a client's garden.

Hi - these are Anduze pots, made in France. These were bought at auction. Eye of the Day in Carpinteria CA has some, as do many suppliers of beautiful French things: Authentic Provence, Rue d'Lillie and Mediterranee (Summerland CA) and, I'm sure, a vendor or two in your area. If you want pseudo-Anduze, Asian Ceramics (Duarte CA) has a white glazed one and a rustic glaze one, but the shapes aren't as refined as true Anduze pottery. Good luck!

This is really lovely. Can you please tell me what the deep blue-flowered plant is?

It's a hybrid between a petunia and Calibrachoa (Million Bells). I'm afraid I don't remember the name of the variety. Wish I could be more helpful.

You can also achieve a similar look by planting several clumps of flowering thyme -- a silver leafed variety with purple flowers, and other types that would make for a nice complementary contrast. Add small stones/pebbles between the thyme or calibrocha and the stem of the citrus tree for a fantastic, manicured look!
