My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Apologies for the delayed response! We have been very busy with projects and are just now getting to these questions. This wonderful chandelier is an antique found at Skelton - St. John in Houston. It is a gray painted Italian chandelier with a carved wooden body, gilt detail, and six painted iron arms.
