In a 10x15 room, would it be too tight to fit a breakfast nook on one side, a 32-36" fireplace in the center and a sitting area on the other side, with enough room for 2 upholstered chairs and ottoman? This would be off the kitchen with windows on almost all sides. Thoughts?
