WHat is the dimension

when you state dimension is 14.5 x 10.75. How are you measuring? What is the diameter of the outer shed?

    All dimensions are measured to the widest and tallest points. In this case the width (14.5 inches) is out to the silver arms and the height (10.75 inches) is from the ceiling to the bottom of the silver arms. The outer shade itself is approximately 13.5 inches wide x - 4 inches in height - Destination Lighting
