My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a aesthetically pleasing way to slipcover these chairs?

    yes but you would be doing the seat only and leaving a modest length on the skirt. I suspect you want to hide the busy back? please explain what you want to achieve.

    have you thought about a new stain finish; more grey to complement the floors.
