Can you make table 72"x36" with bench and extension leaves?

Hi, We are looking for a table like this 72" x 36"w with a bench. I would also like to be able to extend it to approximately 92". Do you have other styles of tables as well? What would shipping be to 10520?

We can make this one extendable.

We deliver to the East Coast by ourselves every couple of months for $200. We can also ship with a freight carrier but they charge upwards of $400.
