I MYSELF AM AN ARTIST. POTTERY MOSTLY.

The bear arrived pretty damaged !! So very disappointed ! BEAUTIFUL BEAR but sadly can not accept this as it is a gift for my grandmother. Will need a replacement.

I am sorry this has happened during the shipping and handling process. You will need to send pictures of the damaged box along with the damaged product to Houzz. They will inform you on their services for this damaged item. Houzz is very good about resolving these type of circumstances. It will be resolved and can be replaced with a new carving.
