This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials. We do not recommend mounting the product in any other way, beyond its recommended installation. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile.
