Patio azalea, any tips....

So last year my son worked at a greenhouse and brought home this patio azalea, it was blooming at the time and his boss told him we'd be lucky if it ever bloomed again. It was outside all summer and I brought it in in the fall, it lost quite a few leaves, but stayed alive. For the last month or so it has been blooming full force. It dries out fairly easily, so I do water it quite often. Any advice on taking care of it in the future would be appreciated. Do I repot it this summer and put more soil in or let it stay in this pot for the time being, when I put it in this pot I pretty much took it out of its plastic container and put it in there without doing much. There weren't instructions with it that I remember. It sure has been nice having a burst of color right now.
