It kind of has that night blooming jasmine/Cestrum look to it, but the foliage could be from something else, too. In these cases, flowers help a great deal.

Hi Gyr, I'll post again after it flowers. At first I thought it looked like Four o'clocks, but I don't think they have a woody stalk.

If you want it, don't have space for it, or have another reason it's unwanted, consider it a weed and remove it.

I also see a resemblance to night-blooming jasmine.
