I am not trying to dog them, I am just trying to get information.

Has anyone used this service - esp in Southern California - and if so, how did you like it?

Where I live, it is $300 (non-refundable unless you move forward with their services ) for them to come out and look at your situation.

I was a little bit feeling like that is a pig in a poke. Otoh, I like that it's a co-op.

Plus, we are definitely going to be spending at least $300 eventually ... with somebody.

So now I am hoping to learn, how good are they and are they good to work with? (I didn't find anything on ylp.)

Do they only like to do large projects? Bc I think ours is not that big. Maybe that is the issue.

I could put up a photo of our problem area but it might depress people. ; )
