ALL gorgeous. I just ordered Stormy Weather, but looking at you pic, I wish I had gone for Night Owl instead. : (

    Lots of pretties!!!

Just beautiful! How is the scent on Neptune and New Zealand?

Thanks you guys! You guys don't have any N roses?

Vaporvac, you are better off with STORMY WEATHER. My NIGHT OWL rarely blooms. That was probably one of the best blooms it's had in yrs. Doesn't repeat much after the first minuscule blooming. SW repeats well and has those gorgoeus every-changing shades and tones of purple, magenta and plum.

Lavenderlace... sorry I don't remember the scents on either. I go for looks more than scent, so unless it was a real standout, I can't remember! LOL Sorry!!

Well, you definitely got the looks, LOL!

Beautiful roses everyone. I just love the bicolors and the stripeys. I am still debating on getting Just Imagine from Ludwigs. I love the way that rose looks. So, so pretty!

Mustb, I'm also considering Just Imagine. It's so cool looking. Thanks a lot Beth. lol

    Neil Diamond

ND with Don Juan and the Pope.

I've been waiting for "N" because I have some "No IDs" that maybe someone can help me to identify. Any inklings are appreciated.

This guy is a orange/coral color with a mild fragrance and blooms all season long. It's about 4.5' tall. It must have been introduced before 2005.

This one came from Heirloom - twice! It's not Frances Rabelais. It's stayed very short like 2' or so and blooms in clusters as you can see.

I also picked up a really nice red rose from Home Depot which read Vig Rosa on the label and that was it - no other name. It's about 3.5' tall with beautiful deep red many-petaled blooms. I don't have a pic of this one.

Beautiful! Someone recently asked about true orange HTs; too bad that's a NOID. Towandaaz, could your HD rose be one of the Kordes Vigorosa: http://newflora.com/kordes-roses/vigorosa-rose-collection/

Wow. Love that noid orange Towanda!! It's about the same color as the Ludwig rose LESOTHO PRINCE that I got last yr. And that last one is lovely. I'm not a huge fan of singles, but I like the recurved petals on that one.

Ann, those lavenders are just exquisite! Does your Neptune have a strong fragrance?

Nicole Carol Miller looks great for both Ann and Beth! Are they own root? I'm having a hard time finding her.

Loving all of the pictures though, thanks to everybody!

Hi Lavenderlace - Neptune was a new rose in my garden last year and it was very fragrant. It might be due to being a first year rose, but I thought it could have bloomed more. Hopefully I'll see more blooms in 2017. My NCM is not own-root but grafted on Dr. Huey. NCM is also very fragrant and blooms quite a bit so I would recommend her over Neptune at this point. It's a more interesting rose since it might qualify as a bi-color and as the photos show, there's quite a bit of variability to the color and form depending on the weather. Hope you find her!

Thanks Vaporvac for the link. I didn't see one that looked similar to the red I have which produces single blooms rather than clusters. I'll do a bit more research but what you shared is appreciated. I should have been a little more inquisitive when I purchased it.

Beth, do you think my orange/coral could be Rosalyn Carter? I noticed a pic of it from your garden in HMF. I was thinking maybe it was Tropicana but I'm not convinced.

Lavenderlace, my NCM is grafted. Looks like the only place that carried her this season was Regans Nursery, but they are sold out. You might also check Garden Valley Ranch. Their website is currently down, but when they come back up, they might have her.

Towanda, where did you get your orange rose? I don't have TROPICANA, but it doesn't look like the pics I've seen of it. I suppose there's a possibility it could be ROSALYN CARTER. Almost reminds me of AVE MARIA too.

Thanks Ann and Beth, appreciate it!

Beth, I inherited the orange rose along with several others when I bought this home. It didn't have a tag on it.

Hmmmm... well, no telling what it could be then. Very pretty rose whatever it is!
