Keep in mind that most plants do not require any supplemental nutrients until after they develop their first true leaves. So a balanced mixture of peat and perlite can work for germination assuming it is well wet before filling the containers. If not well wetted first peat will repel water. Young, just popped seedlings do just fine on the nutrients available from the seed coat. Indeed added nutrients can damage very young ones.

Also might want to remember that for most of their early life it is root development rather than top growth that is vital to their success. So the general recommendation is, once the true leaves develop, weak diluted well balanced supplements is all that is needed. Fish emulsion works fine diluted to 1/2 strength but there can be an odor problem depending on the brand used.

The problem with things like azomite and greensand and other dry mineral supplements is the nutrients they contain aren't readily available to the plants. They require the intervention of beneficial bacteria to pre-digest them. So any of the many pre-digested LIQUID supplements are far more beneficial.
