My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It says that it is a real tree. Will the tree die? Do I need to maintain the tree?

    Hi Jia,

    Thank you for your interest in our Trees! Yes, the tree is real but you do NOT have to water or maintain it. We harvest the trees from a forest, treat them for bugs, and then "cure" them for a minimum of 3 months. This curing process removes all of the moisture in the tree. This is why they are for indoor use only. After the moisture is removed, we can then start crafting the feline habitat with it. It's adorned with silk foliage that can be removed for easy cleaning/dusting and replaced as needed after the cats have played and climbed though it =^..^=.
