Is this vanity 20" wide or 22"? I'm confused...it says 20" throughout but 22" for the manufacturers specs

It says the color is sandy grey oak... so is it stained? It's hard to tell the color in the picture... is it a lightish color...

It's a light wood color, but I wouldn't call it stained. Please check our other vanity sets via the link below. All the 'Sandy gray oak' vanity sets have the same color. Hopefully the collection of vanity sets in different sizes and settings, make it more easy to determine the actual color.

    Hi roepic,

You can try to ask your question here.

We are an independent seller on Houzz.com. Houzz does not allow us to have contact directly with customers. If your question is to complicated you can call or email Houzz. They will forward your question to the seller if they are unable to answer it.

I live in an apartment in NYC, in a secure building, with no doorman.... wondering how I can get the vanity to me

We normally ship those smaller vanity sets with a small parcel carrier (UPS/Fedex). And by default we do that with Houzz orders. So that's why you only pay $99 for shipping.

For larger $1000+ sets we use an LTL freight carrier. The latter could work for you, since they will contact the customer to schedule an delivery appointment. But since it's NYC they will probably have an inner-city surcharge, and that would be a customized quote. That is not something we can handle through Houzz.com
