84" or 96" dining table?

I have a dining area that is 10 x 15 and open to the kitchen on one of the 15' sides. I'm looking at two different rectangle table sizes (84" and 96") and according to the guidelines for placing a table in a dining room, either would work fine when not extended. We would rarely use the extensions, but it would still fit (although crowded) with either if we did. I'm more looking for what would look more aesthetically pleasing in the room when not extended. There are three windows which cover 3/4 of the wall opposite the open wall and I'm wondering if the table should clear those windows on each side also. Thanks!
