Canning yard long beans?

I pulled some out of the freezer, they were awful. And I blanched them and everything. Got some greens beans out of the freezer and they were fine. I'm looking forward to more yard long beans this year but when they get going they produce a lot. Has anyone ever canned them and how were they?
