Pool help_tiles

We have a big pool with a vanishing edge a jacuzzi and steps. In front of the vanishing edge is a golf coarse. Not tiled yet but we purchased a light blue fog tile and not sure about it anymore. Is it too outdated? Should we try to modernize it with another tile , if yes, what? Or should we try to find a completely different tile and what? Nothing too expensive because it's big.

What is the finish of the pool? is it white plaster and what is the decking material around the pool?
