My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hey Brandi,

    It's not a split level, it's a photo from the second floor of a project we did a couple of years ago. the front door is at ground level with bedrooms and a study on that level with the kitchen and great room on the second floor... we sometime call it an upside down layout. Thanks for the inquiry!
