No to the shutters. If you want to add interest, a window box might work but in my opinion there is already a lot going on in the front of your house. It's a cute little house and shutters will not add anything.

A different question to consider is: which door do you want me to use when I drop by? :) I would suggest doing some things to make the preferred door more prominent, for example paint the storm door and door in a cheerful colour, add a colourful rug, and remove decorations from the other door.
