You're absolutely correct in that $1 gets you all of these swatches :)

Much like our "off-menu" customizations we also have quite a few "off-menu" fabric options, most of which are no additional charge. If you're looking for something specific we'd be happy to have our swatch team look into any fabrics that sound like a match and include them with your swatch order :)

Important to note, of course, that any sort of "off-menu" customization makes an order final sale because we don't offer it as an every day option on our site.

We actually just added a brand new line of Linen-blend fabrics to our collection (not yet featured on Houzz) that might be an option based on what you're looking for:

If you'd like to proceed with an order in one of these (or another "off-menu" fabric) we would just have you send a message to our customer care team after an order was placed confirming your fabric preference.

It's been our pleasure assisting you with this! While we don't have any images of the "off-menu" fabrics to send, they will be included in your swatch order for you to review in person. The swatch team will notate/label all of the "off-menu" swatch options so you'll be able to distinguish them from the others.

There is actually no additional charge for any of the fabrics we sent you :)

Much like the policy with custom frame adjustments or COM upholstered pieces an order placed with an "off-menu" fabric would be final sale as well because it's not offered as an every day option on our site.
