Does it have any thickness or is short and coarse?

Return policy: If it is delivered and I open the packaging/rug in order to lay it down in the room and feel the texture, am I still able to return?

    Hello,

    This rug is a flatweave; it is about 3/8" thick, but does not have a carpet-like pile. Please see below for a close-up that better shows the texture. Also, please feel free to open the packaging to see and touch the rug. If you choose to return it, simply roll it up and re-wrap it.
