My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The model number is EAGO TB351. It is both cUPC approved and also has WaterSense

    The TB351 is dual flush at .8 GPM / 1.28 GPM which meets CA low-flow efficiency standards set by the state of California.

    There is no such "drought-compliant" classification in California. The state has a set of requirements for maximum flush volume, but to demonstrate compliance the model MUST be listed on this website or it CANNOT be sold or installed in California:


    The UPC and WaterSense labels are insufficient by themselves.
