Has anyone built either of these plans? We are close to choosing one, leaning towards the Summerlake because of the extra bed down and the master suite being bigger. Also give the Summerlake a slight edge on curb appeal. The hold up is the Kitchen size and location in the Summerlake, the Ansonborough is bigger and away from the living room. We don't really want to involve an architect but it seems like you could widen the center of the house(or use the Bucknell Place plan) and move the Kitchen to the Breakfast location and do a U shape design, extend the dining room space and put the breakfast area where the Kitchen currently is?

What are your thoughts on the 2 layouts? The Ansonborugh should be a little cheaper to build.
