My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Paula,

This product is imported from Amorim Isolamentos in Portugal, where the product is manufactured naturally from the cork forests there. We import the cork products to our headquarters in Washington State. We'll accept returns for a full refund within 60 days if in like-new condition. Returns after 60 days are just subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please let us know if you have any other questions - we're happy to help.

    Best wishes,

    Sara

Thanks, Sara. One last question...would there be a return shipping fee? If so, how much?

Is it possible to order samples of this cork before ordering the full amount I need?
