My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The owner selected/purchased the carpet/ rug personally so I have not records of product specs.

    What type of paint do you recommend for concrete floors? This looks great but does it scratch easy?

    Usually I recommend a penetrating opaque floor stain based on moisture that tends to come up through the slab. Epoxy coating can trap moisture and cause bubbles in painted surface. I would recommend speaking with a local paint representative based on your project specifics/ conditions.
