My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the light fixture over the dining room table

Can you tell me where you purchased it? I did not see that one on schoolhouse electric

    The Hornings say: The light above the DR table was somewhat custom (we poached the design from a light we saw in Sonoma). We built the box & then Schoolhouse Electric provided the patina & pieces. We already knew we were doing the Edison bulbs & cords over the island so this was again, a more economical means to an end for us.

      Schoolhouse, unfortunately, is no longer able to do custom work like this but I highly recommend contacting Katey, she is a terrific lighting designer!

      Sorry, no floor plans online but ironically - we switched from remodeling the mobile home to building so quickly - this home was built using the same basic layout but we extended the house 4' extra to the south for width - then connected it to an existing room! Our architect was Philip Lust here in Quincy, WA.
