Hi! These fireplaces are actually super old. Most probably installed at the same time the building was built so late 1800th century or early 1900th. There are companies who buy fireplaces like this from people who don't want them or have place for them, so you can buy one for about 10-20 000 swedish krona. Installing them is the big hassle which costs around 100 000 swedish krona. That is if you have a chimney pipe going from your apt to the roof of the building.
