Amaryllis without leaves blooming?

I live in Florida. When we moved here there was a large border of red Amaryllis on the property. Loved them and called them our Florida Tulips.

Without my realizing, our gardeners thought they were weeds and sprayed them with Roundup. I am guessing this as I noticed the leaves dying on the plants over the last few months. I thought something was wrong, pulled up a few bulbs and they looked healthy.

I am not positive they have been spraying them as they deny it but they have killed other plants and I finally fired them.

I thought the Amaryllis were gone when some flowers appeared this week. Not many but I'm wondering if they will survive without leaves. I also wonder about the hundreds of bulbs without any leaves nor flowers under the soil.

What are the changes the bulbs will send up new leaves or are the bulbs dead even though a few have flowers without leaves?
