Hi Everyone,

We had a Joerger thermostat installed in our shower and it keeps jamming so we can't change the temp. We called the plumber and he removed it and cleaned it and then put it back, however now it is stuck again a few months later.

Any suggestions on what may be causing the problem and how to resolve it permanently? Our other showers are not having any issues and they also have thermostats but from different brands.
