Sorry this is not my forte but did you all decide on a color? I am curious to know if this was resolved?

It has not been decided on yet. We have narrowed down to two colors.

I tend to gravitate to the one on the left in the bottom picture...

That one Is my favorite, too......far left in your second photo. It will add some contrast with the brick, and that shade isn't too light or too dark, not too brown or too gray. I also like the light one on the far right, if you want to have a little more contrast with the roof.

Although maybe it would be more helpful to update with your final two, and maybe people can vote between the two.

We didn't choose the far one on the right because it looks like concrete in person and it's too similar to the light grey we have now.

Would you keep shutters on the lower windows or remove?

Funny, I have a thread going about my own shutters right now :). I would remove them, and if it feels 'naked', replace with shutters that are larger (the rule of thumb is that each shutter should be half the size of the window, so that it looks like you could actually close them/ they could function). I do like shutters in general, but I think your house has enough interest without them if you like it more simple...

I like #1 in the second picture.
