I have a family friend who has several orange trees. They produce more oranges than he can keep up with. I try to collect as many as I can, to use and give away, when I visit, but I can't keep up, either. Do the fallen oranges have any effect, good or bad, on the soil with respect to keeping the trees healthy? Some of the oranges get moldy and some don't. Are the moldy ones a problem, or more of a problem?
