My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen in garage?

I have a small kitchen dining room combo. Option 1 is to work with the space I have, make some layout adjustments and redo kitchen there. I would finish the garage as den.
Option 2 is create a kitchen in the garage. Plus would be I could put more cabinets. Negatives would be kitchen would be off to the side
